Brie Weaver

Brieana (Brie) is a seasoned thrift-store strategist and nonprofit retail consultant with more than 18 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and optimizing mission-driven resale operations. She currently serves as Director of Retail Sales for Silver Key Senior Services, where she oversees the full operations of two thrift stores and leads strategic growth and expansion efforts focused on sustainable revenue and measurable community impact.

Prior to Silver Key, Brieana launched new thrift stores, partnerships, and reuse programs for organizations including Habitat for Humanity and The Arc across California and Oregon. Her experience spans a wide range of retail models—from small, curated boutique concepts to 30,000 sq. ft. operations—giving her a deep understanding of how business plans, operational systems, staffing models, and space requirements must adapt to different markets and missions. This breadth allows her to design practical, customized solutions grounded in real-world nonprofit retail experience.

Through Weavers Build, Brieana helps nonprofits and social enterprises intentionally weave together operations, branding, and financial strategy to create resilient, high-performing thrift store programs. Her work includes feasibility studies, comprehensive business planning, real-estate strategy for resale operations, and brand development that supports strong community recognition and long-term growth. Known for balancing financial discipline with mission integrity, Brieana believes well-run thrift stores can be powerful engines for both organizational sustainability and community service.

Founder & Principal Consultant

Brandon Weaver

Brandon is the other half of Weavers Build—often described as the less pretty and less charming one (he does not disagree). He holds an MBA and has a decade of experience in banking and sales, and another decade in nonprofit leadership.

Brandon currently consults with the Renewable Energy Coalition, representing small-scale renewable energy generators across the Pacific Northwest. He is also a real estate investor and a part-time stay-at-home dad.

Behind the scenes, Brandon runs the numbers, builds the spreadsheets, manages systems, writes the words, and keeps the technology and website from catching on fire. If something needs organizing, simplifying, or making financially sound, he’s probably already working on it.

Outside of consulting, Brandon writes on Substack about fatherhood, becoming a better husband, living an intentional life—and occasionally the hard places of faith (as in his essay, “How I Defied God”).

His guiding aim is simple: to live at the intersection of his skills, passions, and the world’s needs.

The Little Weavers

They are fun, compassionate, wild, bright, rambunctious, and gritty.

After living in Mexico, traveling the US, and exploring abroad, they are flexible, adaptable, and down for the next adventures.

Temperance rides horses, paints, loves her friends, and is the best babysitter, saving mom and dad cash and allowing them moments to escape.

Sebastian likes to fence and is starting mixed martial arts, and has overcome great challenges.

Colette is our princess. She loves dresses, all things pink, wants to wear make-up (not yet!), and is the last and best cuddler.

Like all children, they are the best legacy we leave. Life is incomplete without them.
